If your website doesn't show up when someone searches for what you sell, it's invisible. SEO (search engine optimisation) is the work of making your website appear in Google's results when real people type in words related to your business. Not paid ads. Not social posts. Organic, free traffic that keeps coming as long as your site stays in good shape.
From housing societies and hospitals to restaurants, law firms, and eCommerce brands across Pakistan.

Most business owners in Pakistan have heard the term "SEO." Fewer understand what the work involves, how long it takes, or what it should cost. That's what this page is for — the real parts, honest timelines, and actual pricing, so you can decide if SEO is the right investment right now.
I offer SEO services for small and medium businesses across Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and other cities, and for Pakistani businesses targeting international customers. The process is the same either way: find what your customers search for, fix your website so Google can read and rank it, and prove the results every month.
SEO is not one thing. It's a set of related tasks that work together over time. Every part is explained so you know exactly where your money goes.
Identifying the exact words your potential customers use on Google — not what you think they search, what the data shows. A dentist might assume patients search "dental clinic Lahore," when 1,600/month search "dentist near me" and only 90 search the former. That difference changes how the whole site is structured. Using Search Console, Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, and Semrush, you get a spreadsheet of target keywords with volumes and priority — not guesswork.
Everything a visitor and Google can see on your pages. If your site was built without SEO in mind, on-page fixes alone can produce noticeable ranking gains within the first month or two.
The behind-the-scenes work. Brilliant content still fails if the site loads slowly, breaks on mobile, or has errors that stop Google reading pages. I run a full technical audit before starting, so you get every issue ranked by impact with a clear plan to fix them.
If you serve a specific city or area, this is probably the most valuable part of the whole service. It's how you land in Google's map box for searches like "plumber in DHA Lahore." A restaurant in Gulberg, a clinic in F-8, a dealer in Bahria Town — all live or die by local search visibility.
When a trustworthy website links to yours, Google treats it as a vote of confidence. I won't sugarcoat it: good link building is slow, manual work — creating content worth linking to, outreach, guest articles, real relationships. What I don't do is buy links from spam networks, pay for links on random blogs, or use automated schemes. Google penalises those, and a penalty can knock your site out of results entirely. Cheap link building is expensive in the long run.
Every month you get a plain report, pulled from Google Search Console and Analytics (both installed free from day one, with your own access so you can verify the numbers any time).
The question I get asked most, and the honest answer is: your competition sets the pace.
Most businesses start seeing ranking movement in 2 to 4 months. A dental clinic in Rawalpindi or a tuition centre in Faisalabad can often reach page one for their primary keywords within that window.
An ecommerce store competing with Daraz, or an agency targeting "property for sale in Karachi," is looking at 6 months or more of consistent work before meaningful results.
Anyone who promises page-one results in 30 days is either targeting keywords nobody searches for, or making promises they can't keep. Google's algorithm considers hundreds of factors — no SEO provider controls them all.
Prices vary with competition, number of target keywords, and how much technical work your site needs. Standard monthly packages below.
Local small business · one city, low competition
City-wide or multi-city competition
National keywords or highly competitive industries
Prices last updated June 2026. Final pricing depends on scope, competition, and current site condition — these figures are a guide, not a fixed quote. All packages run month-to-month after an initial three-month commitment, because SEO needs time to work and stopping after one month wastes the investment.
Yes — SEO works for any business where customers search Google before buying or booking. Some examples from my own client work:
Patients search symptoms, treatments, and "doctor near me" before booking appointments.
"Best biryani in Karachi," "cafe near me," "restaurants in Gulberg Lahore" are all high-volume searches.
Product and category keywords bring in buyers who are already ready to purchase.
Electricians, plumbers, interior designers, event planners, tutors — all searched by location.
"House for sale in DHA," "flats in Bahria Town" and similar searches bring serious leads.
Software houses, manufacturers, and exporters targeting international clients through English-language SEO.
If people search for what you sell, SEO can bring them to your site instead of your competitor's.
Yes. Most of my SEO clients come with a website built by someone else.
I'll audit what you have, identify what needs fixing, and work within your existing platform. WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, or any other major CMS — I can work with it.
If the site has serious structural problems that would block SEO progress (no mobile responsiveness, extremely slow loading, no CMS access), I'll tell you upfront and we can discuss a rebuild before starting. I won't take your money for six months of SEO on a site that can't rank.
Most businesses see ranking improvements within 2 to 4 months. Highly competitive industries (real estate, ecommerce, legal services) can take 6 months or longer. The timeline depends on your current site condition, the competition in your industry, and how consistently the work is done.
No — and you should be cautious of any SEO company, in Pakistan or anywhere, that does. Google's algorithm uses hundreds of signals no individual controls. What I can guarantee is that the work follows Google's own published guidelines, your site will be technically sound, and you'll see exactly what's being done every month.
On-page SEO deals with the content visitors see: page titles, headings, body text, images, and internal links. Technical SEO deals with the underlying code and infrastructure: page speed, mobile compatibility, crawlability, SSL, and structured data. Both need to be right for rankings to improve.
Local SEO focuses on making your business visible in Google's map results and local listings for location-based searches. If your customers come from a specific city or neighbourhood (a restaurant, clinic, salon, repair shop, tuition centre), local SEO is likely the single highest-return investment you can make.
Monthly SEO packages in Pakistan typically range from Rs 25,000 for a local small business to Rs 150,000 or more for aggressive, nationally competitive campaigns. The price depends on the number of target keywords, competition level, and the amount of content and link building required. See the pricing table above for a breakdown.
Yes. I work with existing websites on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, and other platforms. If your site has structural problems that would prevent ranking, I'll identify them during the audit and recommend solutions before we start.
